Autumn and Winter Breaks at Tillers Cottage

Autumn and winter are a wonderful time to enjoy North Yorkshire. The countryside takes on a different beauty, with golden autumn colours, peaceful walking trails and dramatic coastal scenery. Crisp days exploring the moors and coastline are followed by relaxing evenings back at the cottage, making it a lovely time to get together and enjoy a change of pace.

As Christmas approaches, there are some fantastic places to visit, from the spectacular Christmas displays at Castle Howard to festive markets, illuminated gardens and beautifully decorated towns and villages. York, Malton and Helmsley are all worth a visit, with plenty of seasonal events and festive atmosphere to enjoy.

After a day out exploring, there's nothing quite like returning to Tillers Cottage, lighting one of the log burners and settling down for a relaxing evening. With plenty of space to spread out, comfortable surroundings and everything you need for a home-from-home stay, it's a lovely place to enjoy the colder months.
